Orders over $75 dollars within the US ship for free! For orders up to 15.99oz will ship USPS first class which takes 3 to 5 days, sometimes longer. Over 16oz ships USPS priority which takes 2 to 3 days, sometimes longer.

Ready to ship yarn generally ship in 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. I ship packages Monday – Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will ship Monday. Please note that shipping time frames starts from when your order is shipped, not from when you place your order. If there are any unexpected delays in shipping your items, you will be notified as soon as possible. I am not responsible for delays in USPS transit times. Orders to canada will ship via ups. the cost is slightly higher than usps but in most cases the package will arrive much faster, 3 to 7 days and can be more effeciently traced with ups system. cost varies based on weight.

RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returneditems must be in new and unused condition (in twisted skein format like you received it) with all original tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if you have wound the yarn into cake or ball form. I do not do exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product please place a separate order.
Returns from Canada Residents will be at the expense of the customer. I will honor full refunds as long as the return process is begun within the 30 days of receipt time frame.
